New Record, Documentary Film and Show from Otto’s Revenge
St. Louis, MO – St. Louis-based alternative rock band Otto’s Revenge announces the release of its 3rd studio record “Shut Up I’m Thinking” on Friday, September 16th, 2016.

Otto’s Revenge will also preview Shut Up I’m Thinking – The Otto’s Revenge Story at their release show at the Heavy Anchor, 8 pm, on Saturday, October 1. The 30-minute documentary was directed and produced by local film-maker, Ashley Seering.
Otto’s Revenge will perform live after the film premiere at the Heavy Anchor along with fellow St. Louis 1990s music scene veterans Since Hector Was A Pup. This is SHWAP’s first show in 16 years.
Otto’s Revenge is one of the most enduring bands of St. Louis’ harder music scene. First as fans on the St. Louis punk scene, we saw Black Flag (fronted by Henry Rollins) at the roller rink on Delmar, the Adolescents at Bernards (where Rikki Agnew generously wrote out the lyrics to “Kids of the Black Hole”) and other classic punk bands of the era like JFA at Turners. The band was founded in 1989 by Jerry Morgenthaler were regulars on the St. Louis alternative scene through 1997. The band was reunited in 2014.
